The bookstore will be moving back and expanding, as will the backyard birding and outdoor decor section and Glitz and Glamour Jewelry.

The original 18,000 square feet Art & Antique Mall will become all vintage and antiques and regionally made products like art, furniture, candles, etc.  The additional space will allow sales of new merchandise, and re-sale of high quality used items, too.

Dealers may rent space, stock it, and have the store handle all sales, just like in the original antique mall.

Or, business owners may rent space, provide their own business licenses and staff their own sales area.

Some folks will combine these two options by providing their own licenses and staffing their own store the busiest days of the week, then have the mall staff handle their sales the rest of the week.

Rent will be determined by the amount of space leased - as low as 80 cents per square foot per month-that includes utilities!
